This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version (Termeni și condiții) prevails.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of hbelvedere.ro and to the services offered by Hotel Belvedere Eforie Nord: accommodation, restaurant, private events and themed parties (for example New Year's Eve). By using the website and making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. About the hotel

Hotel Belvedere Eforie Nord, a 3-star hotel, B-dul Republicii FN, Eforie Nord 905350, Constanța County, Romania. Phone: +40 729 998 484, e-mail: rezervari@hbelvedere.ro. The hotel is operated by HOTEL PE LITORAL S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 54310469, Trade Register no. J2026018872000, registered office in Venus, Mangalia, Str. Viceamiral Grigore Marteș nr. 3, Vilele Bucura, Vila C2, ground floor, Constanța County.

2. The role of HOTEL PE LITORAL S.R.L.

HOTEL PE LITORAL S.R.L. is the direct provider of the accommodation, restaurant and event services offered under the name Hotel Belvedere Eforie Nord and acts as a merchant, not as an intermediary, marketplace, distributor or agent. The contract is concluded directly between the guest and HOTEL PE LITORAL S.R.L., which collects the price of the services and issues the invoice.

3. Bookings

• Bookings can be made online through the booking system on the website, by phone or by e-mail.
• A booking is confirmed once you receive our written confirmation (e-mail) and, where applicable, once the deposit or payment has been received.
• Rates shown on the website are indicative; the final rate is the one shown in the booking system at the time of booking or confirmed in writing by the hotel.

4. Prices, currency and payment

• All prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT. The resort tax is not included and is paid separately at reception.
• The transaction currency is the Romanian leu (RON).
• Payment can be made online by card (Visa, Mastercard), by bank transfer or at reception, depending on the options shown for the selected offer.
• Online card payments are processed securely by NETOPIA Payments, with 3-D Secure authentication. The hotel has no access to and does not store card details.

5. Provision of services (delivery policy)

Accommodation and restaurant services do not involve the physical delivery of goods. After booking and, where applicable, payment, you immediately receive a booking confirmation by e-mail, including the dates, room type, meal plan and amount paid. Services are provided at the hotel during the booked period, starting from the check-in date and time. For events, services are provided on the date and under the conditions confirmed in writing.

6. Cancellation policy

• Any deposit paid is non-refundable.
• Bookings without a deposit can be cancelled free of charge at least 14 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, as well as no-shows, are charged according to the conditions of the selected rate, as stated in the booking confirmation.
• Early departure does not entitle you to a refund of the booked nights.
• For private events and themed parties (for example New Year's Eve), the cancellation conditions communicated in writing at booking apply.
• Cancellations can be requested online on the Contract withdrawal page, by e-mail at rezervari@hbelvedere.ro or by phone at +40 729 998 484. Any amounts due are refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Art. 16(l) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, restaurant or event services provided on a specific date or for a specific period; the cancellation policy above applies instead. In accordance with Art. 11¹ of GEO 34/2014, we provide a clear and easily accessible online way to submit a withdrawal or cancellation request: withdraw from the contract here. Receipt of the request is confirmed immediately by e-mail.

8. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 18:00.
• Check-out: until 12:00.
• At check-in, a valid identity document is required for every adult guest.

9. Resort tax

The resort tax is set by the local authority (currently 5 lei per adult per night) and is paid at reception, in cash or by card, on the day of arrival.

10. Meal plans

Restaurant Belvedere serves breakfast (07:30 – 10:00), lunch (12:00 – 14:30) and dinner (18:00 – 20:30) buffet-style. The included meal plan (breakfast, half board or full board) is the one chosen when booking. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at lunch and dinner, under the conditions set by the restaurant. To access meal services, guests wear the wristband received at check-in.

11. House rules

• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests are asked to respect the peace and quiet of other guests, especially at night.
• Any damage to hotel property will be paid for by the person who caused it.
• The hotel is not responsible for valuables left unattended; rooms are equipped with a safe.

12. Events and themed parties

For private events (weddings, christenings, birthdays, conferences), menus, packages and conditions are agreed at the hotel, by appointment, and confirmed in writing. For themed parties, such as New Year's Eve, the rates and conditions published on the dedicated page apply, valid for the period stated.

13. Use of the website

The content of the website (texts, photos, logo, graphics) belongs to Hotel Belvedere or is used with the consent of its owners and may not be copied or reused without written consent. We make every effort to keep the information accurate and up to date, but errors or changes may occur; in case of any discrepancy, the information confirmed in writing by the hotel prevails.

14. Complaints and dispute resolution

Any complaint can be sent to rezervari@hbelvedere.ro or made at reception. We undertake to reply as soon as possible. For alternative dispute resolution you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) through the ADR (SAL) procedure: anpc.ro/sal. The relationship between the parties is governed by Romanian law.
